Enjoy this delicious recipe for Shrimp Macaroni Pasta Salad, perfect for a light summer meal:
Ingredients: (Makes 12 servings)
3 cups elbow macaroni
1 pound cooked, peeled, cleaned shrimp, fresh or frozen
2 cups cubed American cheese
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 dashes Tabasco
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well. Cut up shrimp and combine with pasta, cheese, celery, and green pepper in large bowl. Blend. Pour dressing over shrimp mixture, toss lightly, Chill. Garnish with green pepper rings.
